Submission Guidelines
For Authors
Please read the following submission guideline carefully before preparing and submitting your manuscript for full papers, short papers and demos.
Step 1: Initial Submission
There will be Round 1 and Round 2 submission deadlines for the conference. Each submission in both rounds will receive at least two peer reviews. You must submit the paper's original version for review. The page limits are 2-4 pages for short papers and demos; and up to 6 pages for full papers. These limits include references. You must not submit the same (or significantly similar) unreviewed manuscript to both rounds. Doing so will result in desk rejection.
Late Breaking Work. This year, Late-Breaking Work submissions can be two to six pages in length including references - essentially both short and long papers are being accepted. You must not submit the same (or significantly similar) unreviewed manuscript to this round. Doing so will result in desk rejection.
Format your article using either the Microsoft Word or LaTeX templates for IEEE conference proceedings on US letter (8.5 x 11 inch) pages without author biographies.
You can find the respective templates on the IEEE website link below:
https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
You must submit your paper in PDF format through the EDAS Conference and Journal Management System (EDAS for short). When submitting the paper, you must choose a track from the available options and include relevant keywords.
The EDAS submission link is: https://edas.info/N31042
For the initial submission, there is no need to verify the paper with PDF eXpress.
We recommend you read How to Write for Technical Periodicals and Journals from the IEEE Author Centre.
Step 2: Notice of Acceptance or Rejection
The organizing committee will notify the authors through e-mail of the acceptance or rejection of their paper. This will be done on or before the scheduled dates. Step 3 only applies to authors whose work has been accepted.
Step 3: Final Submission
You must now prepare the final version of the paper, within the given page limits of 2-4 pages for demos and short papers and up to 6 pages for full papers to reflect the reviewers' remarks. If you wish to submit the article to Transactions on Consumer Electronics or to one of the Associated Journals, the length should be restricted to four pages. Otherwise, the length may not exceed six pages.
IMPORTANT: Note that acceptance to the conference does not guarantee acceptance to the Transactions. Your Transaction Paper (full-length) should be directly submitted to IEEE.
